SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please ensure shipping address is correct upon checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change your address. Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, we will not be able to change the address.

Delivery times are estimated times from time of shipment, not when the order was placed.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Seams Perfect uses Australia Post to ship your order. This can take anywhere between 7-12 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends) depending on your location.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Seams Perfect uses Australia Post to ship your order through International Standard Post (which includes Tracking). This can take anywhere between 4 – 6 weeks (which excludes holidays and weekends) depending on your location.

DELIVERY TIMES
Our delivery times are an estimate only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are beyond our control and in the hands of the shipping providers.

Seams Perfect are not held responsible for:

• Mistakes made by postal services. 

• Incorrect addresses given by customer.

• Damage to orders by postal service.

• International Orders may be held longer than usual by Australian and overseas customs authorities.

• Stolen packages after delivery.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders shipping may be subject to additional customs, duties and taxes determined by the destination country, order value and contents. International customs, duties & taxes are not included in product prices and/or shipping cost. Customs, duties & taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise stated or shown at checkout. To determine these costs please check with your country's customs office prior to purchasing. These additional fees may be required to be paid before or upon delivery of your order.
